This product is composed of Rare earth compounds, heteropoly acids (and salts thereof), antioxidants, solvents,having the antioxidant Antiscorching, dispersion, to increase the acid center, a metal deactivator, and other functions. It is added to the catalytic cracking riser reactor. It can inhibit the occurrence of side reactions of the thermal cracking;dehydrogenation condensation,reduce the byproducts of the dry gas, coke, hydrogen;improve the high value-added products gasoline, diesel, liquefied petroleum gas (propylene) yield;and also has the role of the metal deactivator. After filling the present agent the metal deactivators can be replaced, it also has the role of the anti-naphthalene Scale. suppress the riser and settler coke, to prevent fouling of the reaction system

1, Mechanism of LT(FZY)-

a) destruction of supramolecular structure
Residue is a colloidal dispersion system. The outer surface of the rubber core is surrounded by the solvated layer,reducing the gum core radius and solvates thickness,so that low molecular weight of hydrocarbons can release from the solvent layer, then cracking reaction, thereby improving the yield of light oil.
b) heavy hydrocarbon molecules pre cracking
The active substance in this product can make the heavy hydrocarbon molecules pre-cracking, overcome the contradiction of heavy hydrocarbon molecules is easily adsorbed on the catalyst surface is difficult reaction, increase the number of the active center of the catalyst surface, reduce catalyst probability of heavy-metal contamination, improve the ability of the catalyst activity and resistance to heavy metal contamination ,reduce the generation of dry gas and coke, and increase liquid yield.
c)to prevent polymerization mechanism
After this product is added,a protective film formed in the core of the complex structural unit. So precursor of coke will not be able to contact the surface of the catalyst,and what contact with the surface of the catalyst is not-fast-coke clean raw materials. Therefore the amount of coke can be reduced.
d)to improve the acidic center
The rare earth elements in the products preferentially adsorbe alkali nitrogen in the heavy oil, prevent catalyst acidic center from reducing,reduce the amount of coke and the amount of slurry oil, improve the yield of light oil.
e) inhibition of thermal cleavage reaction
The active substance of the product is ability to inhibit free radical chain reaction, prevent thermal cracking to produce dry gas and coke and increase the yield of light oil.
f) metal passivation reaction
The rare earth elements and organic antimony of the products can both passivate catalyst deposited on the heavy metal vanadium, nickel, iron, copper,.

3, Using Scope of LT(FZY)-
Gas oil FCC, RFCC, Residual Catalytic Cracking, Heavy oil deep catalytic cracking (DCC).
4, Usage of LT(FZY)-
a) The product is continuously fed to the riser entrance raw oil pipeline with a metering pump.
b) The product is added in an amount of 80-120ppm.
5,Characteristics and the use of effects
This product is an oil-soluble, can be quickly miscible with the raw oil. It is filling convenience, not affecting the normal production of the device. It is not affecting the quality of the product. It is able to replace metal deactivators. When the product is added in an amount of 80-120ppm, the added amount can be increased by about 1.5% of the yield of light oil, and the coke yield decline of about 0.4%, dry gas yield was down 0.3%,and liquefied petroleum gas and propylene yield remains basically unchanged.
