Heavy fuel section oil is an additive used to improve the performance of the heavy fuel. It consists of multiple components such as the catalysts, flame retardants, cleaning agents, antioxidants, sulfonate, hydroxide atoms mother liquor.
When this agent is added into the heavy fuel oil, it can reduce the viscosity of the heavy fuel, improve the fluidity of the heavy fuel, improve the atomization effect. The products has a catalytic reforming for the fuel. It can improve the fuel calorific value, facilitate the complete combustion of the residual carbon. The oil-water emulsions occur microburst reaction, form once atomization,which makes oil and oxygen mix thoroughly and burn more quickly and fully. Cleaners in it can make fuel in the carbon residue, as well as the original soot flame retardant generation catalytic reaction,then completely burning off. Ammonium salt form a protective film on the metal surface when the soot off. So that the boiler can be effectively protected and long-term saving state.
This agent has no chemical reaction of any metal. It applies to all boiler,process furnaceusing, kiln, etc.using heavy oil as fuel. This agent improve boiler thermal efficiency, and improve the flue gas emissions. The saving rate is 5 - 12%.
Usage
1,The products use a dose of heavy oil usage 2. 5 ‰. Initial dose is recommended for 3 ‰.
2, This product has very good oil-soluble, it can directly pump into the heavy oil tank with the heavy oil and without any special auxiliary equipment.
3, When used,it is added at heavy oil pump port according to the proportion.Plus a static mixer in heavy oil pump port.
